Merchandise Order box that tells you how much free merchandise
you are entitled to select. Click that box to continue.

You will be taken back to the shopping section
and directed to items that are in your budget. Select the
items you want.

When you have completed your selection click
the Shopping Cart Button to continue.

You will be automatically taken to your Free
Merchandise Order Summary Page.

Upon completing the transaction, your free
merchandise will be added to your total order.

Your Order Confirmation email will not include
your free merchandise. A Free Merchandise Confirmation email
will be sent separately.

PO Boxes—we cannot ship
to PO Boxes. If you do not include a street address with your

If any ordered item is not
in stock we will notify you by phone or email and give you
an approximate shipping date. No charges will be
placed on your credit card until your items have been
shipped.
