HOW DO I GET MY FREE MERCHANDISE WORTH UP TO 10% OF MY TOTAL ORDER (EXCLUDING TAX)? 

  1. Complete a regular order for more than $100.

  2. Upon completion there will be a Free Merchandise Order box that tells you how much free merchandise you are entitled to select. Click that box to continue.

  3. You will be taken back to the shopping section and directed to items that are in your budget.  Select the items you want.

  4. When you have completed your selection click the Shopping Cart Button to continue.

  5. You will be automatically taken to your Free Merchandise Order Summary Page.

  6. Upon completing the transaction, your free merchandise will be added to your total order.

  7. Your Order Confirmation email will not include your free merchandise. A Free Merchandise Confirmation email will be sent separately.

Free UPS Ground Shipping—for all orders in the continental U.S.

Rush Orders— please call 1-888-994-4832 for more information. 

International Shipping—you will be notified by email of international shipping charges after placing your order, or call 1-888-994-4832 for information. Your order will not be processed until you agree to the international shipping charges.

Additional Shipping Charges—Oversize packages may be subject to additional charges.  If so, we will contact you by phone or email for your approval before shipping. 

PO Boxes—we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  If you do not include a street address with your order we will contact you by email or phone before we can ship.

 

 

BACKORDERS—WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE?  

If any ordered item is not in stock we will notify you by phone or email and give you an approximate shipping date.  No charges will be placed on your credit card until your items have been shipped.
